Barriers to doing Voluntary work
Insurance -most of the projects in Drom have public liability
Vetting - forms can be found on CE Project page
Haven't time - this is a matter of priorities and every little bit counts. Sometimes we just require help for an afternoon or a morning, without a requirement for long term commitment
Not allowed due to being on Jobseekers allowance - you are allowed to do some voluntary work but to do so you are required to inform your Social Welfare Office and fill in a VW1 form. The VW1 form is only available at the Welfare Office.
